Absolutely good quality AND QUANTITY of food for 22. Ordered it over the phone, saw a line out the door so I went next door to shop a bit, came back & was next in line, my food was still hot & ready when I finally got home to eat! 10/10 recommend the Happy Family special & crab rangoon! Thanks y’all!

The best tasting food in the area. The old white man in management can be hateful. But the rest of the employees are great. By far the best Chinese food in the Richmond area.

Decided to eat in instead of to-go, and they brought plates and napkins out for us to eat on! Also the longer you look at this clock, the funnier it gets. I love it.

Very tasty and quick. Pretty much the quintessential American Chinese food experience. The soup was warm and filling, the dumplings had a nice dipping sauce, and the crab rangoons were plentiful. The online ordering system was easy to navigate, though you have to pay in store. The staff was very welcoming. We'll be back!

I have been going there for almost 20 years and have never had a bad meal. I drive 20 minutes one way to get food I like when I have another place I could go just 5 minutes away. LOVE TOP'S CHINA

My favorite Chinese restaurant. They have never under cooked my food in all the years I've been going. I rarely ever have an issue with my order. Customer service is efficient and wait times reasonable.
